The Korean Martial Arts Research Association offers training for all age groups and skill levels in the greater Washington, DC area. This site will introduce you to our compilation system of self-defense and health exercises, called Han Guk Mu Sool, and show you how to join K.M.A.R.A. and start training with us today!

November, 2007: KJN Al is still serving in Iraq as an advisor to the Iraqi government. He will be returning home in March. Our thoughts and prayers are with KJN while we wait for him to come home.
